| It's an
indisputable fact: exercise and nutrition have tremendous health benefits
for both our bodies and our minds. Realistically though, few of us have
the time or energy to put fitness at the top of our to-do list. This is
where I come in. Let me motivate you to a fit way of living.
As a trainer, I understand that the demands of everyday life never quite
align themselves with our fitness goals. Sure, you belong to a gym, and you
may even spend an hour or so a day there. That's excellent. But what
really counts is the other 23 hours a day that you're outside the gym.
Those other 23 hours can, and often do, have more of an influence over your
body, mind, and soul than the one hour a day you spend at the gym. Outside
of the gym, are you sleeping well? Are you eating nutritious food (it's the
truth, we are what we eat)? Are you under a lot of stress? How you answer
these and other questions heavily influence the type of fitness program
that's right for you.
